Notes on the wine and food pairing
It is our first white wine. The name comes from the age-old Lebanese Cedars present on the grounds of Villa Pattono estate facing the vineyards. The wine comes from a small vineyard of around 7.000 mq and it's a white with body and structure suitable for a good aging. A wine well suited for starters, first courses and white meats.
